Woodland Hills Village is one of Kingwood’s original villages, centered near Kingwood Drive and Woodland Hills Drive just east of US 59. It is large, with about 1,600 single family homes, and HAR shows an average build year around 1977. Builders included Perry Homes, Benchmark Homes, Dollar Homes and Ryland Homes, and homes range from roughly 1,700 to 3,500 square feet. That builder mix means floor plans and elevations vary from one street to the next.

The village is split into North Woodland Hills and South Woodland Hills, each with its own community association, and a small part of North Woodland Hills crosses into Montgomery County. Residents have greenbelt trails, parks, recreation facilities and neighborhood pools, all part of the Kingwood that Friendswood Development and King Ranch began in 1971. Mature trees shade much of the village, and the trails link to neighboring villages and parks.

Woodland Hills is zoned to Humble ISD. Community Impact lists Woodland Hills Elementary, Kingwood Middle School and Kingwood Park High School for the village, and we confirm assignments by address, especially for homes on the Montgomery County side.
