Who We Are
A Brokerage Built Around the Broker
Elev8 Properties is the real estate brokerage of Stacy Sherman. Our office sits at 2316 Timber Shadows Drive in Kingwood, in the middle of the Lake Houston communities we know best, and our clients range from first-time buyers in Atascocita to estate sellers in River Oaks to business owners leasing medical space on Kingwood Drive.
Stacy has more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate. She holds the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation along with the BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource) and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) certifications from the National Association of REALTORS, and she is licensed as a broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Where We Work
From Lake Houston to the Inner Loop
Most of our business happens in Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, Porter, New Caney and Huffman, where Stacy lives and works. We also represent buyers and sellers in inner-loop Houston neighborhoods such as River Oaks, Memorial, the Heights and West University, and north in The Woodlands, Conroe and around Lake Conroe.
On the commercial side we handle office, medical, retail, industrial, multifamily, land and investment property throughout the Houston area, including tenant and landlord representation.
