About Woodson's Reserve
Woodson’s Reserve is a 692-acre master-planned community in Spring, in southern Montgomery County near the Grand Parkway. It launched in 2015 and was developed by Toll Brothers with Cernus Development. More than 115 acres are set aside as open space and nature reserve, so many streets back to trees or water.
The center of the community is Woodson’s Club, a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center and a resort-style pool with a lazy river, lap pool and splash pad. Residents also have four catch-and-release fishing lakes, miles of trails, playgrounds, tennis courts and a one-acre dog park.
