Sotherloch Lake Homes For Sale

Sotherloch Lake is a lakeside street and section within Gleannloch Farms, the master planned community in Spring, in north Harris County and the 77379 ZIP code. Gleannloch Farms began as a well known Arabian horse farm in the 1950s, and residential development started in the late 1990s. Homes along Sotherloch Lake Drive date to that first wave, built around 1998 on lots of roughly a quarter to a third of an acre, some on the water and some near the golf course. Gleannloch Farms covers about 2,100 acres between Spring Cypress Road and Boudreaux Road, west of Champion Forest Drive, and it still honors its horse farm roots with an equestrian center and a statue of the Arabian stallion Morafic.

Residents share Gleannloch Farms amenities, including the 27 hole Gleannloch Pines Golf Club, pools, tennis courts, lakes, trails and an equestrian center. Schools are part of Klein ISD, and we confirm the zoned campuses for each address. As with any home near water, we review the flood zone and seller disclosures for every property before you write an offer, so you can buy with clear eyes. The Fountains recreation center has a competition pool, a resort style pool with a lazy river and a splash pad, and the community also offers lighted tennis courts, a sports complex, a dog park and a boathouse on the main lake. Homes along Sotherloch Lake Drive give buyers a chance to enjoy those amenities from a quieter lakeside setting.

Lakefront and golf lots carry a premium that a careful valuation should capture. Ask us what your Sotherloch Lake home is worth.
